Here are my welcome sign/reception advertisement designs. I chose the bottom right design to use in reception and the middle right design to use above the doorway to the refectory.
This is the reception sign. I like it because the arrows make it clear that the refectory is down that corridor. Also the use of the Helvetica font for the times is effective because it is easier to read.
This is the welcome sign for the doorway to the refectory. I like that the word 'welcome' stands out from the logo because it is just outlined. One change I will make is changing '2' to 'to' as it is more sophisticated and suitable. I will keep it in September Bold Italic though.
